Loominate is a trading name of TPO Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14150452. We are responsible for any personal information you share with us.
This website does not use cookies or tracking, and it does not ask you for any personal details.
If you book a call, our booking service, Calendly, collects your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, so the site runs safely and securely.
Only to arrange and hold your call, reply to you, and follow up about the work you asked us about. We never sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.
We use your information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
Calendly (call bookings), Netlify (website hosting) and our email provider process information on our behalf. Some of them may store data outside the UK, protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
We keep booking and enquiry details for up to two years after we last spoke. If we start working together, we keep what we need for as long as the work lasts and for as long as the law requires for our records.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just get in touch and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
